REFUND POLICY As you are aware, costs for the curling season are generally front-end loaded, with hiring seasonal staff, installing the ice, and this year especially, preparing the club for your arrival and safe curling for all.

Refund requests will be addressed on an individual bases for a medical reason or moving from Prince Albert.

In the event curling is forced to close for Covid-19 related issues or a government forced closure, we have put in place a refund policy that will allow for some flexibility in uncertain times, while also recognizing that there are expenditures for the club that we need to take into consideration.

You will receive the following percentage of your membership fees depending on the timing of your request for a refund or of a closure due to Covid-19 government regulations:

FULL SEASON FEE: Up to Oct 17, 2021 - 100%, Oct 18 - Nov 07, 2021 - 75%, Nov 08 - Dec 20, 2021 - 60%, Jan 03 - Jan 16, 2022 - 40%,, Jan 17 - Feb 03, 2022 - 25% , No refund after Feb. 3, 2022

FIRST HALF SEASON FEES :Up to Oct 16, 2021 - 100%, Oct 17 - Nov 07, 2021 - 70%, Nov 8 - Nov 28, 2021 - 40%, No refund after - Nov 28, 2021

SECOND HALF SEASON FEES: Up to Jan 02, 2022 - 100%, Jan 03 - Jan 23, 2022 - 70%, Jan 24 - Feb 13, 2022 - 40%, No refund after - Feb 13, 2022
